emerging requirement of the client and develops the products accordingly.
Our huge storage facility and wide distribution network enables us to
ensure timely completion of the orders. Our Steel Foundry Unit
The company has set up a new steel casting unit at IDC Kalunga, equipped with the latest laboratory facilities. Whether it is production or quality assurance of all grades of plain carbon steel; low, medium, high alloy steel; plain grey iron, malleable iron, ductile iron, the SSI unit has casting facilities for all. Our heat treatment systems, both electric (3 tonne capacity) and oil fired (6 tonne capacity) with all control and recording systems enables appropriate treatments required for iron and steel castings. We also have special facilities for Hadfield manganese steel solution annealing and quenching for all grades of IS-276 specifications. We have a compact machine shop to back up the necessary machining function. Our other hallmark facility includes our central test house outfitted with chemical lab, sand testing lab, spectroscopy lab, ultrasonic flow detector, metallographic lab, and physical lab with common NDT system.
